Rescue 423 reacted to UnknownBastion in Some Add-on Vehicles Not Working1. Those XML files are for ELS. They go into ELS/pack_default. Not where you have them.
2. The dlc.rpf needs to be in a dlcpacks folder named to match the dlclist.xml entry. I suggest to make a folder called 20fpiu and move the dlc.rpf in there inside of mods/update/x64/dlcpacks. Then delete the 20fpiu2 and 20fpiu3 lines. Then try again.
