Hi, I was changing graphic settings on GTA before it began crashing. I tried reverting all of my changes but it keeps crashing on startup. The game works fine when I launch with Steam instead of RPH RagePluginHook_26032024_031536.log

I recently modded GTA again and when I try to launch the game with RPH, it redirects me to the Rockstar launcher, and it tells me I can start the game with epic. After I close Rockstar launcher, RPH is stuck saying it is launching. How do I make it launch with steam?

Whenever I'm using ultimate backup, I spawn a partner to use. When I'm in a helicopter and in a pursuit, my partners will not shoot at the suspect no matter what. This is the same while in a car or van. Please help.
