    I had the exact same issue today. The gameconfig just updated and I just installed it. It fixed my issue.

    No when I hit control +P it just opens the gta menu and map I am unable to spawn cars due to the simple trainer not opening, but this car is saved at my house when I load the game. as soon as I get in the car the light come on and stay like this.
