    Hi, i can see you have system.acccessViolationException so maybe try set gtav/lpsdfr as a exception in your antivirus and this may fix your problem.
     
    if your using basic windows security you search windows security -> virus & threat protection -> under virus & threat protection settings click manage settings -> Exclusions -> Add a exclusion ->
    Folder -> select your gta v folder -> restart pc -> run RPH as normal.

    @Kibowden59is missing a crucial step in the anti-virus fix. You will need to re-install the RPH/LSPDFR manual download files before restarting your PC. 

    If after doing the steps provided above you find that it still doesnt work, rename mods to _mods and try again.

    If that still doesn't work. Please screenshot your Main Directory.

    Yes....but...now RPH is outdated with the recent title update. You will simply have to wait until it gets an update.
