Countdown Thread Survival Guide; To Everyone: 1. Stay in the LCPDFR Safety Vault. Not in closets or houses. Stay in the vault! 2. Keep Away from computers. They might blow up at any point in time. 3. Do not feed the programmer (Sniper)! It will only make matters worse! 4. Wear eye and ear protection in the vault at all times. 5. Wear a HAZMAT suit every time you visit this site.

THE LIBERTY TACTICAL PATROL TEAM SKIN PACK! Have you ever wondered how unrealistic it is to be patrolling in a CVPI with a N.O.O.S.E uniform? ... Well, I have. To relieve the issue, I created this skin pack for all of LCPDFR to enjoy. The tactical patrol team is very effective in the streets of Liberty City. Not only does the Department cover just the officers, It also covers all of the SWAT Division. Specially equipped SUV's with cutting edge ammunition and guns handle even the worst of street criminals. The skin pack currently contains: A Charger Patrol Skin CVPI Supervisor and Patrol Skin 2008 Tahoe Narcotics Unit Skin 2008 Suburban Patrol and Combat-Takedown Unit Skins 2 TPT Agent skins, 1 Supervisor, 1 regular, both replacing NOOSE Still to Come: Tahoe Patrol Skin Black Units with white text Things That should Be noted: 1. I HATE when this happens to me.

The most common fix to this problem is to reinstall GTA IV, then reinstall LCPDFR. If the problem continues to occur, your video might be corrupted (fried) and might need to be replaced. Unfortunately, I cannot offer any other solutions.

If all else fails, reinstalling GTA IV might be able to do the trick. If not, your video card might be damaged or corrupted. I cannot offer any other solutions.

Since it is not simple, I will put it step-by-step. Step 1: Download Spark IV or OpenIV (This puts the mods into the game) Step 2: (Optional) Download emergency lighting system. This puts in better lights for ELS enabled cars. If you don't have the best computer, there are some great mods here and at other GTA IV Modding sites that are non-els. Step 3: Download Simple Native Trainer. This adds a function to the game that will allow you to add weapons, spawn cars, and much, much more. Step 4: Download any custom siren that you want. There are plenty of tutorials here and on Youtube that teach you how using SparkIV/OpenIV. Step 5: Put any other mods that are .net scripts of your preference into the scripts file in you root GTA IV/EFLC Folder. Step 6: Enjoy your newly installed mods! I am glad to help.
