I'm still not sure what happened but i ended up having to just reinstall everything due to other things going wrong, whatever happened was a huge failure. I'm working on getting everything up and running again. Thanks got the suggestion though.

This started happening seemingly out of no where but I have now narrowed it down to something involving my character but i don't know what is causing the issue exactly and was hoping some one else would be able to help. When i remove my character from the lspdfr/char folder it will load fine but obviously i have to make a new one but if i uncheck LSPD First Response in RPH and then use F4 and reloadallplugins once i'm in game it will work fine with the character that i normally use, i have no clue what in the world is causing this. I just back on after the new update and noticed none of my replaced cruisers are showing up but the stock cruisers are there but they are missing their lights and the whole thing is super weird. Anyone have any clue what the hell might have happened?

This was actually an issue with NVE that i forgot i had installed, uninstalling fixed the issue but getting the updated version will also fix it.

i have updated everything and every time i try to open GTA through the Rockstar launcher it says Loading and after a few second instantly says Quitting, i have never had this issue until now. I have tried almost everything i can think of to remedy the situation but nothing seems to work, is this due to the update and something i will need to wait on a fix for on their end or could this be something on my end?
