    Looks like https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/kryst4lclr-s-gameconfig-updated-regularly this config fixed my problem, before that config i was using https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars this one. Thanks for the help.

    is it just for me then i go to other map zone and it changes police agency game freezes/spike lags or even crashes and its happens when i use FullExpandedJurisdiction (And i dont use any other mods just FullModernTraffic and FullExpandedJurisdiction).
