I have had this issue for months and have posted about it before with no replies. I have redownloaded everything including grand theft auto. The game still crashed after I hit start with rage plugin hook. I have generated crash reports and cannot see the issue. No mods are being launched on startup so it cannot be an issue with a mod because none are being launched. Please help. I have posted about this before and no luck.

None of the mods are being launched with the startup. I've unchecked them all in rage plugin hook settings. How else should I disable plugins?

That did not work still crashed.

The timeout is set to 60000 and the only mod that is loading on startup is LSPDFR. Should I uncheck that one as well?

I downloaded the ELS control panel and I can use it to change the patterns of my lights, but I can't see the whole panel half of it is off the screen. Does anyone know how to move it? I attached the photo for reference where you can see it is off the screen. Thanks

LSPDFR crashes when trying to go on duty. I've disabled the mods folder and it still crashes, so I know it's not it the mods folder. Any suggestions?

Before the update in June I was able to put add-on cars into LSPDFR through the dlclist.xml and even after the update I was able to put a couple in. However now every single add-on car I go to put in makes my game crash and I have to delete them. Does anyone know why.

Okay. We took out the new vehicles because that is the only thing we have changed and it still didn't work.

I renamed the mods folder and it seemed to work. Could the issue be a vehicle that was added to Open IV or would it just be in the main game directory mods folder and not in open IV

Tried launching just the grand theft auto by itself and it still crashed.

I tried that and it still froze on the loading story page and then crashed.

My game keeps crashing and I am not sure why. I tried loading game with and without plugins to see if it was a plug-in issue. I have not changed anything in the game since the latest update. I am not able to pull anyone over. I triers changing the keybindings for a pullover because they were interfering with something else and now I can mark someone to pull them over. I even changed it back to the original and it didn't fix it.

Does it have a sound to it? I had downloaded it but couldn't get a sound for it. Is there a way to add a sound file to it?

Does anyone know how to make the panic alarm have a sound when I shoot my gun in the game. Right now, it is silent. I had installed a police smart radio, but I did not like how you had to scroll through the radio to get to the panic alarm. Is there a panic alarm with a sound that I can just set a button to press, and the alarm and sound will go off.

I created a new texture and I've done this multiple times. However this time I'm trying to replace the vehicle using the Pounder vehicle slot in Patchday 20. I named my vehicle Pounder so it should replace the old pounder in Open IV. It shows my texture but when I spawn the car in LSPDFR my texture is not there. Any ideas on what went wrong or why it won't load into game? Also can someone tell me how create my own vehicle with its own name and how to add it the game. For example if I want to add a f250 titled as constructionf250 is that possible to install or do I need to replace a vehicle in the game?

Could it be that some of the mods in there require scripthook and sense there is not a new update for that yet it was causing the mods to not work.
