When I attempt to launch LSPD:FR through the RAGEPluginHook.exe (or the shortcut to it on my desktop), the Rockstar Games Launcher comes up, I choose "play on Steam" or whatever, it launches the game but I receive error "Could not hook game process. Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus." I have two full copies of GTA through the steam folder, copied and created a second one for LSPD:FR (Titled "Grand Theft Auto V - Mods" in the steamapps > common folder) and Online in separate folders, set all download locations to the copied Mods folder, and it isn't working for me. EDIT: I have toggled off my Real-Time Protection in Virus and threat protect settings while attempting to fix the issue, and I have attempted to launch the RAGEPlugin exe as administrator, none of which fixed the issue. Same error throughout.
