It may be something to do with grammar police's dependency on microsoft speech recognition (which is no longer supported) . another fix would be to check you Grammar police config file for any changes.

For some reason when loading any department, the police computer background shows as unregistered agency, with a grey background. Is there any way to fix this issue?- 707 comments

Is there any way we could put this into our computer as a model? Similar to the police menu computer? I've attached an image. You could have too many plugins installed. As stated in the description, GTA only allocates a set amount of memory for plugins. If that overflows, then it results in a crash. Yup, similar to Police Menu. Despite being very simple, and limited in what you can do, I still use this over the complicated outdated mess that computer+ is. Although I would love to have it as a physical model, the memory constraints outlaid above would probably be too much to render the system real time, on a moving object no doubt.- 1,742 comments
