EUP depends on those folders for some of the components in its list, hence it crashes. You can copy the DLC folder from outside your mods folder in the same pathway into the mods folder if you deleted it from the mods folder. If it is outside your mods folder that you deleted it from, please verify the integrity of your game files.

I am assuming you mean ELS (Emergency Lighting System) and your translator just autocorrected to EMS, which is fine. However no, they don't as they are vehicles by Rockstar, though the slots can be configured to use ELS.

A lot of my ideas come from Instagram pages that specialize in the photography of police vehicles, even if it means that I am altering them later on in regard to color or design. I would recommend starting out with designs you are comfortable with handling (ex; do not overwhelm yourself trying to perfect a design if you don't feel confident you can't do it properly). Start looking online and see if there is anything that sticks out to you that you feel comfortable doing, and whether or not you release it is entirely up to you. What matters is that you're happy with your products. I am primarily saying this because you might not get a request for a while, I've seen other posts and they tend to not get any requests for a while.

I believe you need to resync your character (unsync + sync) via the character creator, or completely resync your account, but I don't know for sure that it will do it every time you enter the game (I don't frequently make changes). If you want to remove the character entirely, you can just unsync it via the character menu like I mentioned.

Other addons, typically MLO/YMAP's, are the reason for this. Do you have the Paleto Bay Sheriff Station addon that is created by the same person?

Yes, so it was that your siren file (vehicles.awc) was exceeding the file size limit, likely happened when you installed a vehicle sound or siren. Regardless, glad to hear your sirens are working. 🙂

Have you attempted to launch via safe mode as recommended by the launcher? What happens when you do?

Exception message: Data error (cyclic redundancy check) Launch GTAV without LSPDFR loaded and rename your mods folder to _mods if you have one. If GTA loads fine without LSPDFR, reinstall LSPDFR using the manual installation and/or undo any recent changes you have done to your mods folder, or entirely delete and redo your mods folder. If this does not work, it indicates a faulty disk drive / GTAV install. You should follow this Microsoft guide to troubleshoot disk failures.

It is likely that you installed or modified something related to a weapon recently, pertaining to your flashlight, that the game cannot recognize. Temporarily rename your mods folder to _mods and try going on duty again. If this works, your crash is related to a change or installed mod you made recently, so undo those changes. Also in the future, as per the site-wide guidelines, do not direct message anyone for support.
