guys im glad to inform you that i have now found the problem but first let me say i respected you guys on here, and you all go and disrespect me and my bud. because i was informing them, un cool guys if the negative button was there i would of gave the disrspectful people a negative for non respecting a member. but on the other hand the problem was solved when i installed xliveless.

i did about wtv190 and no one nows how to fix it for gta iv.

im im sorry to inform you that i im not modding due to me pc. when i reinstalled it i got an error wtv190 ( it says please reinstall gfwl) p.s. i did. so until i can figure it out im not modding

WTV190 either reboot or reinstall game for windows LIVE and ive reinstalled gfwl. thats what i get when i start my game, just reinstalles it same thing?? :( any help.
