RPH and gta 5 crashes after "Initializing Hook" regardless of how I start it or what I do. I'm new to LSPDFR but with a lot of tinkering and searching through forums I found out it was something in my mods folder after changing the folder to "_mods." I don't know if its because of the vehicles I installed into open iv for add-ons or a mod I had to reinstall but I started RPH before installing them to test if all my plugins were working and it was running fine. Cant simply delete the mods folder because some of my plugins require it and its hard to find the one causing all of this. I've attached both rage plugin logs(first with mods folder and second with _mods) as well. Thanks in advance!
