It was a folder permission issue. So now LSPDFR works for a few minutes but then it crashes again. RagePluginHook.log

Hi I am trying to download and install LSDPFR with other mods/plugin but LSPDFR is crashing before I even get into game. I've tried so many different things to fix it but so far no luck. I run the RPH (even with 60,000 plugin timeout threshold) Game starts up fine and its loading story with RPH then it loads LSPDFR Plug in but right before I load into game and it gives an error on bottom left: LSPD First Response has crashed! The plugin "LSPD First Response" (LSPD First Response.dll) has crashed When I get into game it says loading LSDPFR but when I press F4, command log says LSPD First Response: [FATAL] Forced termination LSPD First Response: [TRACE] Released 0 entities from DefaultContentManager LSPD First Response: [INFO] LSPDFR has shut down **Check bottom to see full RPH.log** I have given anti virus folder exception on Program Files (x86)\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common I have uninstalled RPH and reinstalled it again I have uninstalled LSDPFR and installed it again I have no other mods or plugin installed. My GTAV version and RPH version are correctly matching.
