Where is the emerglights_emis file? The lights look really dull. Not the dome but the actual lights. I opened it up with SparkIV to edit the file but it's not there.

I just asked the same but I answered my own question. Its in the Guide. 2.5 – MISC SETTINGS The Misc. Settings section allows the user to configure various options ranging from the flash speed of the ELS lights to whether or not the NPC (non-player controlled) vehicles will use ELS.

I appreciate the hard work that went into this. I messed around for 30 min and have it where I want it. Just one thing though. Is there anyway to adjust the speed of the patterns? I looked in the ini but nothing stuck out at me. *Update* Never mind. Found it in the guide. I was just too excited and didn't look hard enough. Excellent work. No flaws at all.

The only difference I noticed was that AI can now use their lights without crashing. Not saying it wasn't a feat and that i'm not appreciative but is there anything else? AI using lights, AI vehicle pull overs (wall smashing) and of course vehicle god mode. I guess 1 out of three isn't bad.
