Try removing all ScriptHookV.Net files from your main game directory... This won't allow some (or all) scripts installed to work, but it fixed my game where I had the same issue

I figured it out, and I am not the only one having this issue. The issue is with ScriptHookV.Net... Once I removed them all I no longer have the issue and everything is running smooth. Seems they need to update SHV.net. Whether or not it's one of my scripts causing the issue, I'm not sure...but it works fine now and I am fine with sacrificing the couple of scripts I had installed for a working game!

I've had this issue off and on for the entire 4+ years I've been playing/modding LSPDFR. 90% of the time I need to restart my computer to get a successful load in, and once I load a game and then exit, I need to restart once again otherwise it crashes on startup. I recently started a new build with the most up to date LSPDFR/RPH/Scripthook etc. Doing this allowed for fluid use of the game for about 2 weeks until last night, when the restart issue started happening again. Without any updates, I don't understand what is changing in my game files that would cause me to need to restart my PC every time I want to play, and through the years with all of the updates...the issue persists and that tells me it has nothing to do with any changes that are made to the game through the updates. I can post what mods/scripts I'm using...but the issue was present when I started my new build and didn't have any additional plugins installed. Seems to be something with RPH/LSPDFR or my PC Most recent RPH Log from last night (crash on startup)

I am having the same issue, although I get a good startup after I've restarted my pc. I just cant load it up, exit, then try to reload it. Have to restart my computer every time to play. I can't figure out what's happening
