Unless the author left source code updating the script to operate would be imposssible. Even with the script code you'd need a lot of experience to simply move a s script to 1.0.7.0.

Like @Unit607 said the instability in ELS can be caused by AI, I can suggest changing your police1 - police2 into non-els models and keeping everything else ELS. This worked for me and a friend of mine for a long time...

As people have said, without permission for people to convert it from IV to V..they're stuck until they find one to convert from a different game or begin the long road of scratch modeling a whole model...

Those lines look like they were created in paint (not paint.net) but other then that they look partially decent..

I know I share a different opinion then other people but your best bet would be looking to get into V, it has a more California feel anyways. This would mean lots of hard work but in the head it'd be awesome.
