Might be a stupid question but what is NVE? And I managed to get ELS working but now the car lights aren’t flashing.. even when I change the settings for them nothing happens (headlights, backup lights, etc.) the environment shows they are working but nothing on the car is flashing. Any ideas?

alright I finally managed to get ELS up and running again (deleted everything and started fresh... ugh.. so the only issue i'm having now is when i have the lights on (all 3 stages) the light bars and pods are working as they are supposed to but the car lights are not doing anything. (backup lights, headlights etc.) I can still change the settings for the lights in game via alt 1-5 but it changes nothing and oddly the environment is showing the lights and the changes but the car just isn't. i uninstalled asi loaders via OIV and reinstalled but no change.. any ideas? thanks again.. i'm so close to having this back up and perfect again.

i have tried everything i can think of, downloaded all the new software from ELS and SHV, tried deleting SHV then tried deleting Advanced hook, tried running with both... nothing is working, the game itself is running perfectly but if i have SHV and advanced hook both in when i launch the game i get an exception error from it. ill put the logs in here. please someone smarter than me help 😞 AdvancedHookV.log ELS.log ScriptHookV.log RagePluginHook.log

ok i changed those .ini settings you mentioned, the F4 menu seems to be acting normal now so thank you for that. any chance you can help me with this ELS problem? this is the error i'm getting "CORE: An exception occurred while executing 'ELS.asi' (0x00007FFD72E050E0), id 36' I would really appreciate the help. so ive brought everything back up to date (as far as i know) but i'm still having a couple of issues.. one and most annoying is my ELS.. it's not working and as i'm loading into the game i get a notification saying the els.asi cant load and obviously nothing els related is functioning in game. I downgraded the update related files and els worked fine but i cant seem to pinpoint exactly what it is thats causing the problem.. i'm assuming it's SHV related.. any ideas? and second, my console commands, if i hit F4 as soon as i load into the game it works perfectly fine but strangely if i wait a few mins it instantly crashes the game as soon as i hit F4. please help haha RagePluginHook.log

I saw someone write up a small article about this issue earlier today on reddit. they were saying that it is a known issue that SHV and ELS aren't getting along since the update and they're working on a solution from either ELS or SHV but in the meantime they said to just delete the els.asi and wait for an update... bummer

I have a sound file size reduction file posted on here. Download that, put it into your sound file. Problem solved.
