    When I open the Rage Plugin Hook, it gets stuck on "Launching Game." I have folder exclusions enabled for GTA, the Rockstar folder, and LSPDFR, but it still gets stuck on "Launching Game." I don't see "Start with Rage Plugin Hook," only "Start Story Mode." Any solutions? I've tried downloading the Rage Plugin myself, but the website is down, as is the script hook V. Also, Steam keeps prompting me to launch the game with custom arguments.
