    so doens anyone know how to get the lspd buffalo? because its the only car missing in my police car collection. i have been told that it spawns at the busstation at night, others told me it spawned during day time. well i have been parked at the busstation for 24 hours and a lot of cars drove by but no police buffalo! can someone plz give me some hints?

    so when i start gta4 everyting is normal but after like 1 min. of gaming the map starts loading realy slow. so slow that half of the city is invisible. i tried launching a admin and a command line but it didn't help. any ideas?
