i try this mod but doesn't work no i don't have the taxi bug i have normal car and i see the Other cars but few As the car took all the Other cars become like my car and more taxi

Hi I have some Problem with out any mod When i add a car mod of any type of car ( Civilian vehicle or Police car ) When i Play i see all the cars taxis and they are very very few of civilian cars And I see very very many of the taxi I have to Reload the game AND the car mod but The same thing happens i have USE the last patch 1.0.7.0 and ScriptHook 0.5.1 and xlive.dll What happens to me ??? P.N.M
