    Update after reinstalling windows completely it decided to work again.

    When I launch rage it is stuck on loading. I have tried everything running gta first, disabling plugins, verifying integrity, re installing, cleaning gta directory, everything nothing is working. Any suggestions. Can’t include log because it never launches gta.
