  21. Possible to edit Flags 5 'speed unk 1/2'?

    Understood, so I assume that is something that cannot be edited? I think ambient AI speeders would be awesome, but sadly the AI will never go faster than 78 besides during pursuits/callouts.

    Within the .ynd path node files, you can edit Flags 5 speed unk 1 and speed unk 2 - a combination of both of these selected will make AI vehicles sometimes reach the max speed of ~78mph. I wanted to see if anyone has been able to find the file that contains the values for Flags 5, as well as speed unk 1 and speed unk 2. My goal is to make AI vehicles go faster than 78 mph and I believe it could be done if I knew where to find those values. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

    Could you let me know what file and value actually controls how fast/slow the peds drive? I'm wanting to fine tune speeds myself but not sure what value controls that

    Hi all, My popgroups.ymt file seems to be missing lines. For example, VEH_HWAYCOP does not exist and I have never edited this file. Do I need to find the full popgroups in a certain x64 folder or was the file moved to a different location? I am not even able to find police4 and policeb in that file, but those vehicles definitely spawn on the highway. I have attached my original popgroups file as a txt, which I found at update > update.rpf > x64 > levels > gta 5. Any help would be great, thanks! popgroups.txt

    Yep, it's part of the newest GTA update and looks like an M16.. can be found under mpsum2 in dlcpacks.
