I just reinstalled my gta again, trying to get all my mods again, i reinstalled most of the mods already, and i do checks every few mods but i dont know what happens that crashes my game. I need help. I also dont know what type of logs i need to post here so i attached everything that has .log on its end. Everythinks works fine, for couples of minutes then suddenly from nowhere i get a crash. Tried to see log for more info but im not really good into things like these so im asking for help. Not sure if is it because i have to many mods or of the heapadjuster and all that shit but yeah. Help would be appreciated RagePluginHook.log

So i downloaded NVE and lspdfr and i found out that it crashes together, not sure why i searchead forums and none of it solved my problem. Newest version of NVE had an addon for lspdfr compatibility, but it didnt work. I tried launching RPH later, in the menu. Tried almost everything but nothing worked. So im reaching out for help

Some time ago i had i plugin that does callouts in the background. I could hear very clear there was some call about something, and then i would hear some unit get there. So for ex. I get on patrol i hear on radio that something is happening (but i dont get a callout) and then i hear a unit with siren that goes to the call and if i follow i could give backup or something? What was that plugin name because it was so cool sorry for bad english
