    The hat is not included but if u want it, its 15$ made by laggo which u could purchase on his site. And this package was made for people who already know how to drag and drop files into openiv eup locations. I as well gave you guys the locations in the install to were they go. And my other files have a even more in depth installation guide

    Amazing sirens they sound great although I will say that these do not work with non els vehicles only els which is a bit of a pain but if your using els behicles these are amazing

    Great eup pack high quality, although I do wish that they'd include a custom vest texture and/or model as well as hats perhaps like a baseball cap or a campaign hat or something like that, But besides that its amazing. ill just have to make the hats and vests myself and i'd be all ready to use in any server or any lspdfr game.
