I resolved the DLL crash issue by installing https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/scripthookv-net, and I resolved the hooking failure issue by running RagePluginHook.exe as Administrator.

When I reinstall LCPDFR, it opens without any problems the first time, but when selecting characters, it crashes the game with an LCPD First Response.dll error before the duty start screen appears. After that, the same cycle continues.It's the same problem. I'm not the only one who has encountered this problem recently. The same thing happens: when I run RPH on the game loading screen, it gives me a weird error like “delete the game and try again” because GTA V is already running. So when you run RPH while GTA V is open, it tries to open GTA V again. But when you run RPH directly without opening GTA V, this time RPH doesn't load.When I launch directly with RPH, the game does start but RPH just gets stuck at “Launching game” and doesn’t integrate into the game. Headlight on but no lightWhen I add more than 1 addon vehicle, it kicks me at the loading screen in the game. First of all, I thought that the vehicle I added other than the first one would have an error in the ELS file or somewhere else, but it was not like that. I tried several alternatives and realized that this error was given when I installed more than 1 vehicle. When I tested each vehicle with no other addon vehicles, I noticed that it worked. So when there are 2 or more addon vehicles, it kicks me out of the game. Everything is compatible with the latest version (3411), including ScripthookV, ScriptHookVDotNet and ScriptHookVDotNet-nightly. Also installed HeapAdjuster (https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heapadjuster) and Packfile Limit Adjuster (https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster) I'm going to attach here a latest log file that I found in the Rockstar Games documentation. I can't figure out why it kicks me out of the game when I add more than 1 addon vehicle. I hope someone can help. In short, the error is caused by something called STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION with code 0xc0000005. latest.log
This LSHP clothing pack is a modified version of the SAHP pack. When you apply the clothing changes, 9 outfits from SAHP (Class A, Class B, Class C, Motorcycle Class A, Motorcycle Class B, Motorcycle Class C, Raincoat, SWAT, and Pilot) will be changed. The file names are for SAHP, but the contents are for LSHP. (This process will change the SAHP uniforms. If you regret it later, make sure to take a backup so you can revert!) Before proceeding, make sure the following mods are installed: Then, extract the "LSHP EUP.zip" file. Inside, you will find two folders named "MALE" and "FEMALE." Replace the appropriate files in the following directory: GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup\dlc.rpf\x64 After that, place the contents of the 'presetoutfits.txt' file into the appropriate section of the 'presetoutfits.txt' file located in GTAV\plugins\EUP directory. I could not upload all the photos due to the MB limit. You can see other screenshots in the 'SCREENSHOTS' folder of the downloaded file. This is why the file size increased from 7 MB to 27. SAHP has about 3 different badges and they are of poor quality. Since I didn't have a proper badge pack, I just redesigned the clothes without badges and this is what I came up with. If I can make a proper badge pack, I can redesign all SAHP's outfits. To tell the truth, the reason why I made SAHP to LSHP instead of making LSHP as a separate unit is that the textures I created with a different name are not recognized in the game and I don't know how to fix it.
It is a bit complicated to distinguish which liveries to add to which model. Not knowing the names and models of the vehicles, I look at the vehicles one by one. For example, I don't know which vehicle models the “rebla” in liveries is suitable for.When I load a vehicle that requires ELS, it crashes when I press F4 in the game. Lazım olanlar EUP: EUP Menu kurulumu linkte anlatılıyor. EUP Menu'yu kurduktan sonra "Emergency uniforms pack - Law & Order" dosyasını indirip .oiv dosyasını OpenIV'den "mods" klasörüne kurmanız gerekiyor. Kıyafet ekleme aşaması .ZIP içindeki "Kurulum.txt" dosyasında Türkçe olarak belirtilmiştir. Requirements EUP: EUP Menu installation is explained in the link. After installing EUP Menu, you need to download file from the second link and install the .oiv file from OpenIV to the "mods" folder. I'm new at this, I don't know how to fix it. Normally the front lights were blue, but I changed them to red and made the extra values red in ELS.
