I got it fixed. I just turned my texture quality to normal and then it worked fine

I got LSPDFR and I thought I should get a vehicle pack so I did and then as I was driving the map just disappeared. I looked online and saw it was a know issue so I went and did what everything tells you to do and that's turn PreLoad to false. So once I got back in I was very disappointed to see that it didn't work. I double checked to make sure it was saved and it was and it still didn't work. So I tired some other packs and the problem was even worse. Then I just tried a pack that added ELS to normal police cars and it worked perfectly fine. It's not a big deal if I can't have any police car packs but it would be nice since I don't like the default games cars. I really need a fix to this.
