It didnt work, I deleted openiv in hopes of it resetting everything and id imagine i could get it back but now it wont even let me reinstall it, all i get is this and heres the log.txt OpenIV_Setup_Install.log OpenIV_Setup_Install.log

If I delete the vehicles.awc file in my OpenIV then if I verify game files then will it reset the default one to OpenIV? Because mine is corrupted and you said I needed to delete it

Does anyone know where I would find the vehicles.awc file in the base game? Im trying to delete the file in both my base game and in OpenIV because I have a broken awc file that wont let me use any addon sirens so I need to do that and verify the game files to reset it then try again

Before I do anything is how would I verify game files?

Ive tried to take the one thats not from my mods folder and its still not working, im still getting the "vehicles.oac(Line 192): File "vehicles\SQUEAK_01.wav" not found." error, idk why if the one thats not in my mods folder is the original one and shouldnt have anything missing in it

I went and got that Vehicles awf file from x64/audio/sfx/resident.rpf and then I dragged that one into the mods/x64/audio/sfx/resident.rfp folder where its supposed to be and I got this message still

Where would that be located?

Can anyone help me, everytime i try to import a siren theres a file missing or something like SQUEAK01 is missing, I cant get any siren or anything because of it.

Hey everyone, I havent played GTAV in about 2 weeks and I come back and of course everything needs updating all of a sudden but I update scripthookv and GTAV but everytime the game reverts to an older version of ragepluginhook I keep getting this message everytime

Ive got one more problem, Im not sure what to name this, because I highlighted what the Police Bikes agency ref is which is in the Highway Patrol, but the second car I moved to the highway patrol has an ELS file named "police2" already so its going to conflict it with the file underneath on the 3rd row. Could I name the highway patrol agency ref "sahp>policec" to avoid conflicting police2? In other words what is the next file after "policeb" which is the police bike supposed to be named?

Would I just copy and paste and write where I want the cars in the duty selector like I could change the names of the cars to crown vic and I could change the agencies so that all the liveries are in the same spot such as all of my sheriff cars are in highway patrol agency ref and all of my police cars are in the lspd agency ref?

Hey everyone Im wondering why some of the cars I downloaded arent in my police car garage even though they were placed into the right folder, is it because I have to many cop cars or I didnt change the number of something like "Police3.ymt? Earlier one of my sheriff tahoes wouldnt show up but now it is after installing more cars. I wouldnt think that was the case because there wasnt any other number matching in the same patchday.

Im fairly new to LSPDFR but have everything under control except I have to find new key bindings for sirens and menus, but one question I have is how do I copy the carvariations file and move it to somewhere I can edit it, and after that where would I start, I have a carcols file I have to use but what do I do with it, I have a vehicle file also but am not sure how to place the vehicle in the carcols file, I know I have to change the sirensettings but what do the id value numbers mean, i have literally no clue where I put the car in that folder but I really need help.

iI am wondering if anyone that is good at modding or editing files could help me, I can install a car in the game but I have no idea how to edit the lights like this install is telling me to do, in exact words on the readme file it says this - "In order for lights to work REMOTELY properly you have to install the included carcols file and change the sirensettings to 14 for the CVPI (police) and FPIU (police3), and 15 for the charger (police2) in your carvariations.meta". Can anyone explain what even half of that means and how I even locate and edit any of the files where I have to edit numbers, also not sure on how to install the carcols file, when it just brings me to my notepad

So I can just delete rage plugin? Because Ive tried to use the LSPDFR download one and it took me right to RAGE and it still didnt work How would I do that, Ive went to the LSPDFR configurator and it brought me back to the RAGE installer
