Will there ever be the possibility to change the keybinds for this. Ctrl+A isn't really convenient when driving as it forces you to turn. -

This is my LCPD Livery design for PaulBellic's 2007 Chevy Tahoe. This uses the 3d Universe(NYPD Style) logo I've used previously. I tried to kinda mix the design of the NYPD's cruisers with the LCPD vibe. I may update this in the future if it is succesful. I also may make more vehicles. Time will tell. This file contains replacements by both individual texture replacements and an WTD replacement. PaulBellic if you feel I shouldn't publish the WTD file then Contact me and I will remove it. installation instructions can be found in the readme. As I said before the vehicle itself was created by Paulbellic and I don't own it. I only created the livery contained in this archive. Note the original model is ELS meaning you'd need that for it to work properly. Update 2.1 is releasing that fixes 3D universe(NYPD Style) CADs. I guess I missed updating it to say Liberty City's Finest on 2.0. Oopsies!

Someone preserved it for both SP and a FiveM version that rockstar unfortunately blocked. however you can still get it through third party means. -
Possibly working on a New years 2026 variant. Still in early stages.

Version 2.0 is currently to most update version of this mod. This version includes fixes that aren't included on the older ones. I would recommend updating for the fixes and changes. Sorting also was updated. Version 1.0 and 1.1 are now legacy and no longer published. May be awhile until this is updated again.

Hello GTA 4 modding community! I'm CG13 and this is my attempt at creating a custom LCPDFR Computer screen for GTA 4. I spent around 3 hours designing this. For anyone who makes Youtube videos and wants to use this, Feel free to do so. but just give me a mention or something. To install this Drag and drop to replace the mainmenu.png file that is located in your LCPDFR folder. As i mentioned this took around 3 hours to make. I chose the 3D universe's LCPD logo primarily as it looked more NYPD like. Shhh... I know the 3D and HD universes are separate.. Shh... Regardless feel free to use this as you please. just give credit or a shout or something. Thanks for checking out this mod! Also I may attempt to make a Christmas variant. Stay Tuned...

For anyone having issues spawning this vehicle I recommend using this Vehicle IDE setting rather than the one included.. The one included resulted in my game being unable to spawn the car. I've found that this IDE actually works for me. Within the Vehicle.ide file with the TBOGT/Common/data directory find the one involving Police 3 and replace it with this one. It works for me and I hope it works for you as well. police3, police3, car, FBI, POLICE3, VEH@STD, NULL, 100, 999, 0.2610, 0.2610, 0, 5, 1.0, 0 ext_strong+livery Hope this helps you if you plan on doing NYPD cars like I am. -

Your most likely gonna need a gameconfig file otherwise gta 5 crashes loading too many addon cars. I recommend KRYST4LCLR's Gameconfig found here... Had alot of success with this one. https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/kryst4lclr-s-gameconfig-updated-regularly- 279 comments

Try Searching OpenIV Offline downloader. For some reason the main one fails to get the files it needs to load. I was thinking of adding a download for it on this website but i have no idea how the moderation crew would feel about that. -
I tried this mod on GTA 4 Patch 7 and it works great. It must be that 1.0.7.0 and 1.0.8.0 have the same script system. It gives the traffic cops something to do. Anyways great mod.- 13 comments
