    Thanks man. I am super embarrassed that i wasted so much time and all I had to do was hit the FN key.

    So i downloaded the EUP Menu and L&A. When i press F11 nothing pops up. only thing that happens is my brightness goes down (f11 and f12 at preset to toggle brightness on my lap top). I have gone into the Rage pluggin settings and made sure its checked off to load on start up. I have tried unloading and reloading the pluggin via the console. I Get a pop up but all says us that it recommends serve & rescue for more uniform options but nothing about an error with EUP so this leads me to believe I downloaded the menu and law and order correctly. I have had no crashes or anything literally haven't gotten then menu to pop up once. Any idea of what i am doing wrong?
