    As stated by DarkVypr you can use StopThePed which is a lot more customizable as far as what keys to use for certain actions. It also adds a lot more options to call certain services like coroner/tow truck makes it a bit more immersive.

    You are correct. I would like to change the topic, but i cant find any EDIT-button(?)
    The process is convulated imo
    How much simpler it would be, if there was one button for each event in the arrest-sequence, these multi E/Q UI-usages is seriously confusing. Add positioning behing / infront/ sitting/ standing...
    Its a mess (imo)
