i get an error message that says i need to install the dll not sure how i can get that file

Hello everyone, I am new here, just wanted to introduce myself. First off i wanted to say this is a great mod and cant wait to play some more in it, i have played a little bit before. My name is nathan and I am a actual police officer in alabama and i must say this is pretty realistic and very fun to play. I look forward to the future updates for it.

Hello, I am new to this site and to playing this mod. I am trying to figure out the controller or keybinding that would allow me to select my weapon and draw and holster my weapon, I cant seem to figure that out yet as I have gotten into a few pursuits but cant make an arrest as I do not know how to draw my weapon. If anyone could give me some advice I would greatly appreciate it.
