    I had to reinstall GTA due to some error code. Fresh install, fresh mods folder, fresh lspdfr install and ELS. I have script hook installed and all three ASI plugins in Open IV. I have installed vehicles in the latest patch day. I tried four different ELS cars from four different creators. The car will spawn in but the lights or half the lights stay on. ELS is not working, it was working fine before reinstalling the game and now it wont work at all. Below is my Open IV and my GTA directory. I have no idea what I am missing here. Any help would be great.
