I'll attach the file here, and at the same time try the fresh install. I'll update this response upon trying with either a new crash log or letting you know I succeeded. Well, adding the fresh agency.xml file fixed it. Can you still tell me why it might have been not loading with the agency.xml doc previously. All I did was add more models to the police garage. I don't see a logs file in my main directory. Also the agency file change didn't seem to fix the issue. Is there anyway to get a fresh copy of the agency.xml file?

Recently I edited the Agency.xml in order to add some of my custom cop vehicles into the police garage. Ever since I did that, I get a black screen which doesn't crash, just loads for hours and hours on end. I found a fresh agency.xml file I think, I just don't want all my files and plugins/mods to be reset by reinstalling the LSPDFR. I attached the file below, but since my game hasn't technically crashed, I'm not sure it'll show up on the file.
