Yeah I tried that but was still getting crashes I wonder if its something to do with v4 ini being mixed with v5 asi files that is keeping it from crashing I dont know whats doing it but Itested it again with the same results no crashes at all (im very happy at this point)

Yeah, it was one of the worst things to ever happen to our great nation , but who ever or what ever caused such a tragedy, I hope they realize that america and other countries with the same morals and and the same outlook on life will not fall so helplessly , for a nation like ours will not go quietly and we laugh in the face of advercity for what does not kill us only makes us stronger, and in the end we will rise up an conquer any foe or unjust being that gets in the way of our freedom or our rights to live on this planet as succesful,caring and knowledgeable human beings , we will fight to the end.

I am pretty sure but not 100% sure but I may have found a simple fix for ELS, so if you want to try this and put your feed back and tell if it worked for you as well, I would like to know but I can say I was getting crashes every 20 min and after I did this fix I almost fell asleep testing it because it never crashed for over an hour,but you have to have it setup a certain way, so here it is 1.make sure the only cars modded with ELS are the F.B.I. and Noose , the car your modding for police, and police2 should be (NON) ELS 2.Install ELS v5 into your main GTA IV Folder. 3.Download ELS v4 4.Open ELS v4 and find the ELS.ini file, that is the only file you want in the whole folder 5.Copy the ELS.ini from ELS v4 and paste it into you main GTA IV directory 6.Close the folder play the game Now this will make all the original emergency vehicles non ELS,and your vehicle will be the only thing with ELS so far this seems to work great,please test and let me know if it works for you as well , good luck :smile:

I feel sorry for each and every innocent person in 9/11 , that had to be persacuted over real estate, the whole thing was a complete inside job where americans took the lives of other americans, I am an american and i know in my heart this was not a terrorist attack , theres to much documented information, proving that this was a bunch of bullshit from the begining, liquid thermite used to cut support beams in the towers, (proven) aircraft that hit the building had no windows (not passenger jet) the pentagon hit by an airliner, (no airliner parts to be found) they claimed the terrorist that flew the plane died,(they found that guy alive, and his instructor said he couldnt even fly a single engine cessna) and wheres the memorial for all the people that dies on the 3 aircraft that crashed, and just so happend on that very day we had aircraft that were training on how to handle a hijack situation, so when the real thing happend they didnt know if it was real world or exercise, I f you want to know what really happend google 9/11 conspiracy, the proof is in the pudding, Sorry I get kinda emotional on the subject, I was in my house that day and watched the second plane hit live and then I watched on tv live when all the police officers and fire fighters were killed from the falling buildings that lost there lives over nothing, it pisses me off and just for the record alot of the times america sucks but america never sucked as bad until it did that day, God Bless everybody that died in 9/11

Thats awsome, It will be good to actually put people in handcuffs and take them to jail,with the PD computer working and everything. No I did a fresh install, and patched 1.0.7 and only installed lcpdfr and still nothing, you. Know 9.5 is pretty enjoyable the way it is just if the arrest feature worked correctly, maybe some one should consider a minor patch for this feature just to get people by until the full release, just a thought

Yeah I think I've tried all combos of keys just for now ill keep calling backup to get the suspect, just curios though is there anyway to change key functions, if not no biggie just wondering.

OK DO NOT FREAK OUT ON ME PLEASE........ simple question about 9.5, I just need to know if the process im making an arrest in is the right way of doing it, ok i pull the car over , I find out he has a warrant, I get him out the car for the arrest , I lock on to him , while holding my baton made by bxbugs and press E correct ? , if its different please let me know , I can do everything else but make the arrest, I just need to know the process for that. p.s. I usually use 9.1 im just fooling around with beta for fun p.s.s.s. I swear i do not want to know the RELEASE DATE......LOL :no:

Took els 6 out installed 5 and it seems to be running with no crashes even with my modded PD cars , thanx again bud :thumbsup:

no i think your mistaken, because i had to get my wife out of jail, who doesent have a licence and went straight to jail for not having one, and she never had one to begin with (thats girls for ya)
