  1. Just wanted to share my thoughts. I pull up on a suspect who starts running to find he is just as fast as me and has unlimited stamina and leads me across the whole of los santos on foot while laughing at the crappy vanilla stamina and speed settings. Maybe someone could come up with a fix for this silly system as to fixing stamina and or also the speed of the officer / peds

  5. To use mods which affect game core files (not scripts) you need openiv. Do as detailed here: http://www.lcpdfr.com/tutorials/index.action/grand-theft-auto-v/42_script-data-file-modification-tutorials/how-to-install-openivasi-r127/ now whatever file you want to mod copy it into the mods folder then use openiv and edit the nipples off of it. to revert back to vanilla you just disable openiv.asi in openiv and it runs vanilla files (not in the mods folder)
  6. Correct. Install LSPDFR again. Downlaod rage plgin hook 27 from here http://ragepluginhook.net/Downloads.aspx copy files and paste into gta 5 directory let it overwrite run ragpluginhook.ege done now enjoy your lspdfr plugin

So if you want to edit a vehicles handling so it is beast you need to know where its handling.meta is but once you find it there is loads of data which noobs dont understand I am no expert in all of this but just wanted clarity gears: the larger the number, the more power in the engine so uphill is easier? the upshift and downshift gears number: does a smaller number (shift quicker) mean more accelaration or by using hi RPM from a larger shift number does it go faster? Initialforce: I dont know for sure but i think this number affects the accelaration? dragcoificient: now i know this affects the accelaration at higher speeds (you accelarate slower at higher sppeds and this being lower mean you dont get so much air resistance)? maxflatvel: this is in km/h the speed of the vehicle usually at like 160 which sets teh mph speed at or the mph at 100 or so so increasing this makes the car be faster? Yeah the AI interaction only works for the time you are using the menu maybe there should be an option to have someone "sit tight" (stand still) or to rest near your car while you do background checks on them so they don't walk away or if they do then you can arrest them. Another Idea is for arresting with either the police batton or just fists. The AI run away to fast lol #lspeedboost
    I really enjoy this addon. its nice and simple yet effective. I would really like to see othre police items be added to this such as the shotgun, mp5 and maybe different things like say a cop hat or whatever.
  9. I don't know for sure but I think LSPDFR uses your C drive name or something as your officer name. I would like to have an option or the clarity to edit this to set as my username e.g. Twitchyb1t Some people e.g. John Smith may want to use the officer name Officer shluzs or Officer Doeball in videos or whatever like in some plugins (don't have a creative mind :D ) Another Idea / feature I think would be cool would be adding to the interaction menu the option for AI not walking away while questioning or speaking. There could be options such as cuff, frisk, ID check and on the spot (on foot) fines Imagine if you saw some illegal immigrants walking in the desert or by a the airport or interstate road and when you question there residence status they run so you have to taze them and detain. looool.   10. Did you use a newer nersion of ragehook to get it all working well with mods?

I would really like to see callouts that you respond to indoors e.g. liquor store drunk / thief where you go inside or arguing customer in the liquor store / gun store or maybe in the ls garage. domestics inside homes such as Michael, Franklin or Trevor's houses. I can imagine those old "domestic's in the alleyway with knifes" from GTA 4 and it is just a little inspiration i thought could be implemented. Also what I would like to see is more use of the underground stations in the map e.g. ticket machine jumper / gate hopper. Could the K9 plugin become official? Jail break / state penitentiary breakout. How about some night themed callouts or street racing. The talk down a suicidal on a bridge would be nice too. I am already very appreciative of G17 Media's creation and just think if there is new content they may consider adding in then this may help them come to a conclusion.

Well it would be interesting to see how the AI react to either gangs or groups causing public disturbances e.g. thugs messing about whether that be drug deals, alley way fights. or sports fans (LS basketball team). Prison guard with escape attempts. Bank heists / pursuits of heisters. psychotic person / streaker. Bait car. Fraud response e.g. Simeon's dealership ( you go to his garage then go to markers pick some papers up then whatever if it is all good.) report to recover stolen property / secure a weapon "in da hood" Domestic disturbances. Help give directions / direct traffic when traffic lights fail

  14. here's a list of scenarios i think would be nice: Bank Robbery: 1. 4-6 guys rob the bank and attempt to escape (equipped with ak-47's 1 guy with a grenade or rpg). 2. objective: take down suspects and walk to bag of money to "confiscate". 3. in different parts of the robbery like them only just entering, exiting, get away vehicle etc. Hostage scenario: 1. A house with suspects in it with people at gunpoint, use tactical skills to save the hostages like bargaining with them (order cops away from house). 2. objective: secure house from suspects. 3. special breaching equipment or npc. Drug House raid: 1. attend house raid with officers to apprehend suspects and confiscate drugs. 2. Objective: breach house, disarm(or arrest) suspects secure weapons and confiscate drugs. 3. suspects may use escape vehicle or flush drugs. Border Control: 1. sources have informed us of an illegal immigrants house/whereabouts apprehend him and deport him. 2. Objective: find the illegal emigrant, chase him down/ arrest take to station and he is deported 3.they may be smuggling in others or weapons. take precautions Terrorist take-down: 1. Reports of suspicious behavior at landmarks/Officers have tracked down terrorist training centers/hideouts with evidence. (FIGHT THE WAR ON TERROR) 2. Objective: take-down terrorist in action (about to detonate bomb), arrest them and beat them with your baton :D 3. terrorists have the tendency to blow them selves up, if they make a lalalala noise or something, shoot but don't kill/Kill (your conscience) bar fights & riots: 1. 2-8 people fighting near bars&clubs. RIOTs on street, all of street is meeleing/shooting (most with pistols) at certain ares. (RIOT SHIELD) 2. Objective: separate fighters and arrest. disperse RIOT crowd make arrests, shoot them and stop them from getting to an area like Empire state building where they trash it. crowd disperses in 10 mins unless they are separated 3. crowd is volatile watch out for Molotov and other objects use ur shield to deflect and push them away.
  15. i think people should be able to recruit more partners just encase they want to take out big call-outs like the hove beach station shootout, drug deals and more SWAT/multiple officer scenarios
