Is there ever gonna be a replace version, anytime I try addons I end up breaking my game

Would anyone with the know how be able to make a pack (If possible replace) of these vehicles.

This is for the players who like it realistic I think but I think someone should add a callout pack about some of the things not only law enforcement see but scars all emergency services. Most of the callouts are all action bases which isn't an issue, but I'd like to see things like MVA Fatality, Suicides and Suicide Attempts, Overdoses, and things like that that make the job more mentally draining.

Even when I follow videos and text instructions to a T, It still causes a game crash, does anyone know why?

Maybe its a stupid question but I downloaded EUP Ultimate Edition with the wrong version of EUP so all the peds look bad. How do I uninstall it?

I talked to the creator of deadly weapons he confirmed the incompatibility. I will let you know if I can find anything though.

How to edit lspdfr cops health I’ve noticed LSPDFR cops are built like tanks and I want to make them a bit easier to take down, how do I do this? Also deadly weapons won’t work because I use watch your death

So I have a ELS Sheriff pack but the sheriff2 lightbar wont work. I've tried multiple packs as well as deleting the mods folder and retrying. The other lights work just the lightbar doesn't. Also the lightbar works for AmbientAIcalls NPC's but not mine or UB NPC's.
