I found the issue, it was the beanbag DLC, which appears to not work with the new game version. I have since removed it and the game is working again.

For context, I accidentally deleted my update.rpf file so I made a copy of it. Then, I edited the DLC list and copied and pasted from a text document I made with all the DLC items I have. Now, when I launch the game in story mode with RAGE, the game crashes on Loading and Populating Game World. I already have heap adjuster, and the game runs perfectly fine without the mods folder. It's just that I can't load into game with my DLC files. The crash log is attached. RagePluginHook.log

It may also be noted that Simple Native Trainer is outdated, so it is up to the developer to fix it. Thank you so much Cyan and other LSPDFR staff for working round the clock supporting its members in spite of so many things breaking! We appreciate yall.
