If you think you can do any better than feel free to do it yourself. I really see no use for your comment on this modification if you aren't going to pay any attention to it to begin with.

It'll be one model. the direction board will not be EPM'd but will be replaced as the boot (trunk). By opening the boot/trunk the board is rotated down and by using els secondaries the board will automatically go back to the closed position(closed trunk) which is up. etc etc -

They use the Legend, RX2700CC, and the X2100 but I've already made an Impala with the Code 3 X2100 so I decided to go with the Legend.

Chicago PD Impala with a Federal Signal Legend and of course the infamous CPD Unit Lightbar Sign (which is removable via a texture change) Texture by Lonestranger -
I'll be updating this continuously, the lighting will be improved as best as I can with the limits of ELS and GTAIV and what not

if there were no texture to the LED's either on the lightbar or bumper/mirrors then when the lightbar and lights are off, those parts would be all black...
