  1. How to add a livery to a vehicle that does not have one already?

    chrisio posted a topic in GTA V Discussion & Media
    trying to make a custom livery for a car that doesnt already have one, ive tried a lot of things like adding FLAG_HAS_LIVERY required extras and vehicle_sign_1 but nothing i do works. if there is any way anyone thinks i can fix this it would be very very helpful. will respond asap.
