Took a pretty long break from texturing and this is my first swing back at it, used the template for the charger from Jedahdiah's BCSO pack, but the template is pretty much universal at this point so you can throw it on just about any charger from any pack. I'll have more in the works soon as I try to get motivated to create textures again. comments and criticism is always welcome.

Hello all, this will be my first REL model! I have spent a lot of time and effort into making this vehicle. I couldn't have done this without the following but NOT limited too: Pusasaurus, HDgamerzPC, Иисчс, GTAKING23000, & others!

FEATURES:

Known Issue(s): 
1. Must turn tint off tint to use vehicle, if not lightbar will go black.
- Fix for tint To fix the window tint, the user will need to edit the veh.meta file for the slot that it's named to
They'll need to find the diffusetint line and change the value to 0x00FFFFFF
(added to downloads)

Hello Everyone,
 
After 8 Long on and off Months of working on this Pack it is finally being released for everyone to use:
 
Thero's Lore Friendly, Fictional, ELS Vehicle Pack (23 Total Vehicles). 
 
This is a Lore Friendly pack and not based on any real emergency services department. HOWEVER Fire Liveries are based on the Murrieta, Ca Fire vehicle Liveries but in Lore Form. The Sheriff Vehicles are based on the Eagle County, Colorado Sheriff Department Liveries but in Lore Form.
 
*NOTE* I know EMS/Fire/Tow/Taxi/ and Stanier are not part of a Sheriff's department, I just didn't want to create a 4th pack download for just those vehicles (And the Sheriff Vehicles are only 3 vehicles so it made more sense here then in the police or undercover one.)
 
*NOTE* These 3 packs obviously have a lot of time and energy in them when I worked on them. If you find issues other than in the known issues that I may have overlooked please let me know and I'll try and provide a fix and update the file

What Comes in the Pack:
-2 "Add On" Vehicle Files with CarVariation and Vehicle.meta files modified for them (Simply type in the file name in your trainer to spawn the vehicle).
-7 "Replacement" Vehicle Files.
-All ELS Files for Lightning Setup -Credit to @shadowdiver710 for doing these.
-Multiple Liveries Enabled for All of the Vehicle Models (Additional CarVariation & Vehicle.meta edits maybe needed for some vehicles already not enabled).
-Templates to Create Your Own Liveries for the models (I'm sorry I had to create new ones for every vehicle. I wanted to use already created templates however I am not very good in regards to painting Black and White Units).

Paleto Bay Police Department Station Exterior
Replaces the Exterior of the Los Santos County Sheriff Station in Paleto Bay with the City of Paleto Bay Police Department. 
 
 
Important Note: Always make backups! The file I am providing can and will overwrite other files if they are installed in the same path.

I spent the day building a Rontan Winglux S and decided to put it on these two cars.
 
Standard red/blue configuration, but each individual module can be edited to suit your needs.
 
Textures are based on Sandpoint Idaho 
 
Vehicles are fictional,
 
If you don't want the reflective texture, just replace it in the vehicles .ytd file with the blank one provided.
 
Credits and install are in the download
 
Feel free to use these in a video or any FiveM server if you wish.

This is a pack for Paleto Bay. I developed this using Abrupt's Sandy Shores vehicle pack, and highly recommend it, though they should work on most corresponding vehicles.
This pack was based off of a picture of a retired Astoria, Oregon CVPI I found online (https://www.flickriver.com/photos/52140230@N03/35414277155/).
 
The pack includes the basic livery for a Tahoe, FPIU, and CVPI. More will be coming soon, such as traffic and DUI enforcement, and supervisor liveries.
