  1. ELS Vehicle in OpenIV but not in game...

    I am new to this LSPDFR and I follwed a video to the click of the mouse and I am still confused. The ELS vehicle shows up in OpenIV but is not in the game. I also am having issues with sirens not being put into the game aswell.
