Hey yall!  This is another pack that started off as a private commission but Snack_wolfs wanted to share it with all of you! This is a small little rural area pack that features some hot off the line vehicles with brand new lighting packages and some old department relics... with their lighting equipment following suit to add to the realism of an ever changing department undergoing upgrades. Hey, It's been a while since I last uploaded to this site - the Christmas Tahoe. I created these vehicles back in March 2022 and only released them elsewhere. 
 
This is just a mini pack consisting of two vehicles designed to replace the default FBI cars. These are intentionally low profile and made to look like "Regular civilian cars".

This is a model of the Orange County chevy impala  and this honestly took like 4 days but anyways I put all the lights in the place they should be. Please don't be toxic to me cause I am a bit young and I also know about a couple errors that the car can have. I just need to take my time a readjust the lights on the mirrors and on the sides after that please tell me if there is any other things that's wrong with the car. I choose to put the whelen liberty on the car because I  live in orange county and I the whelen liberty is commonly used on the chevy impala and on the ford explorer. Anyways it was a pleasure making this car and i plan on making the ford explorer soon. Thanks For Reading and Downloading!!!!  btw the windshields are missing and I am aware of that and is solving the issue.
 
After Putting a lot of thought, I decided to make this a Orange County Pack.

After a long time of the explorer being ready and me taking my sweet time to make a texture and take the screenshots its finally here, the skin is in no way perfect, if you want to make a skin i can include it in the pack.
 
 
This pack contains two vehicles
2016 Ford Explorer 2018 Dodge Charger Two VFC files for each vehicle Red & Blue, Blue & Blue All texture files to change the lighting color follow the read me. The pack includes the old textures for the charger if you wish to use them they are in a folder named with old Design. Extra12 toggles the wrap around.  
 
I will be working on nicer vehicles soon just came back from a long vacation so i need to get used to zmod again.

I created this pack to give an up to date and detailed Phoenix PD look to the greater LSPDFR community. Phoenix is both the capital and largest city within Arizona.
 
The pack isn't super large as PHX doesn't seem to have too many uniforms. The pack includes textures for the following,

I did set up a 2014 Tahoe, but it developed problems with textures, so I'll have to debug that before I upload it.

6. Naviage back to Mods/Update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5/vehicles.meta
7. Drag the vehicles.meta into OpenIV

Hey everyone! I've been keeping this pack for myself for a while now, but because i noticed that a lot of people liked it, i decided to share it!
I know a lot of people are going to be like SASD isn't a thing tho... Yeah well, it's a game. Also, i like it, obviously, that's why i made it. 
 
I will keep adding stuff to the pack, since i use it for my personal fleet, so whenever a vehicle catches my eye, i add it to my garage.

...Things to keep in mind...
Some vehicles include multiple liveries, while others don't. 
Some vehicles only have a Supervisor livery, this is due they being add-on's in my game, so they do not spawn and ai doesn't use it. I might change and add a normal Patrol livery to the cars in the near future..
 
Instructions:
Replace the .png skin texture in the .ytd file for the vehicle in OpenIV. Vehicle texture are -usually- labelled as sign_xyz.

Hey guys! Sooo... i wasn't very happy how the previous version of this pack turned out, so i decided to remake it.
Design got cleaner, more simple, and a thousand times more sexy!
I will add more vehicles as we'll go, obviously you can put in a request on the comment section, but i can't promise i will actually do it. 
I'll only add the cars that i think deserves the effort and time put into it.

Q: Why r ur lights so shiny pls help
A: I use QuantV with personal tweaks to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.
 
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted 
I try to fix those but sometimes it still happens. Go into vehicles.metafind the line that says diffusetint for the model and find the diffusetint value and replace the value with this<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

This mod improves the behavior AI backup in pursuits. Tired of seeing AI constantly and randomly go for pits on suspects? Tired of seeing AI drive out in front of a suspect for no reason and cause a major accident? Well I was, the default LSPDFR pursuit menu (keybind is N by default) seemed to be very inconsistent with its ability to stop backup units from utilizing tactics such as pits on AI, so I decided to fix that. With this mod installed, you now have complete control over when backup units go in for a pit on the suspect vehicle (by utilizing the pursuit menu and enabling/disabling tactics, which actually works properly now!). AI is also a bit more tame, when tactics are disabled, AI will just follow the suspect in a proper line. backup AI units will even slow down for you if you attempt to take primary, and they do not fight you for primary position in a pursuit. This mod does not change suspect AI, or any AI that is not labeled as police.
 
What this mod does:
AI units no longer drive out in front of suspects when joining pursuits to try and "block" the suspect (weirdly enough this was an intentional feature)
AI units are more tame and will follow the suspect in a line (especially when tactics are disabled)
AI units no longer crash into each other constantly during pursuits to fight for a position
AI units do their best to stay behind the suspect vehicle, they do not try and drive out in front of the suspect to block them
The default LSPDFR pursuit menu works properly now, if tactics are disabled, AI units do not try and pit the suspects, they will only move in for pits when tactics are enabled.
AI units slow down for you if you try and pass them to take primary, and if you want the AI to take primary you pull over and let them pass (you need to make a complete stop on your car or else it may look a bit buggy)
 
NOTE: Tactics in the pursuit menu are usually enabled by default when the pursuit starts, so make sure to disable it if you do not want AI to go for pits.
 
KNOWN ISSUES: Sometimes, even though you disable tactics in the pursuit menu, the AI will still try and pit the suspect, this can be fixed by simply cycling the tactics between enabled and disabled. 
 
To get the best result from this mod, I recommend you install AI Traffic Fluidity and Discipline (link to the mod below). if you do not install it, you may not get the same results that I did. But it is not required, this mod will work just fine without it.
