    Hey i had the same problem i just had to delete ScriptHookVDotNet and install ScriptHookVDotNet nightly here is the Link

    If renaming mods to _mods works, then change it back to mods and do the following:
    1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster.
    2. If those do not work, remove what you have installed recently and test after each removal.
    3. If you still cannot find the issue, you will have to restart the mods folder.

    Go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below:
    AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea = 0
    AmbientSpawn.MaxSpawnedCopsInArea = 0
