Hello, sorry for my bad attitude the other day I shouldn't take personal issues out on random people my bad. What is interesting is that some keys work, but not all. I can pull over a car but I cannot interact with the driver or stop a ped with E. I tried modifying that key in the .ini and it didn't work either. I downloaded RPH originally from the website, but when I saw the comment about the version there not working I removed all the files from it and downloaded LSPDFR fresh. It appears that LSPDFR installs the RPH itself now as per the banner on this page above. But the issue still occurs. I have the version in the screenshot in my first post. Attached is a copy of my log from last week as I am not at home now to access the game. Thanks log.txt

So I guess no one at this community helps anyone? I've gone through dozens of posts with this same question and they all have similar problems and are unanswered. LSPDFR .3 worked fine. Why even bother with a forum if you aren't going to help anyone?

I have a fresh copy of LSPDR and RPH done exactly per this page: https://www.lcpdfr.com/lspdfr/how-to-install/ My source for download was here for LSPDR and latest official version from RPH official website. I don't have any other mods. Like many people I see have posted online, certain keys do not work. I cannot manually arrest a ped, for example. I don't understand why these keys don't work when I followed the instructions. Can someone help please? Here is my log: (where I got mad and went on a shooting spree haha) I see the red banner and checked my RPH. Looks like the LSPDFR install updated that like it says but still not working.
