Well, first of all might wanna see if the picture is in the Gallery ingame. You can find it by hitting Start on your controller. If it's not there, try to take a new selfie and see if it saves there, if it is there you should be able to find it from http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/snapmatic/myphotos?platFormId=1 _ _ _ _ _ _ _
