    Hi everyone, I'm having a frustrating stuttering issue with LSPDFR on GTA V Legacy and I'm hoping someone can help me figure out what is causing it. My problem is not really low FPS. I have two symptoms: B: FPS stays high, but the game still feels noticeably stuttery/choppy. C: I also get short, sudden freezes/hitches every now and then. The important part is that this happens with LSPDFR/RAGE Plugin Hook alone. I haven't added ELS, graphics mods, vehicle packs, or other LSPDFR plugins yet. My PC is a high-end system with an RTX 5080, AMD Ryzen 7 9850X3D and 32 GB RAM so I don't think this is simply a lack of performance. I've already tried changing the RAGE Plugin Hook plugin timeout threshold (currently testing around 60,000 ms), but this hasn't fixed the actual stuttering. I'm using GTA V Legacy, not Enhanced. What could cause high FPS but poor frame pacing/micro-stuttering specifically when running LSPDFR/RAGE Plugin Hook? Are there any specific RAGE Plugin Hook, GTA V, NVIDIA, or Windows settings I should check? I'd really appreciate any help. I've been trying to troubleshoot this for a while and I'd like to get the base LSPDFR installation running smoothly before adding any other mods. Thanks!
