No. But since the car pack is uninstalled, shouldnt the game start?

I uninstalled the pack as well as ELS since the game was working fine before installing both. Yet it still crashes. What should I do?

IMPORTANT UPDATE: uninstalled and tried again, this time seemingly installing until I get a "windows couldnt find 'launchGTAIV.exe'" error and when trying to start the base game, I get another error saying an unknown error occurred and recommending to reinstall the game.

Upon restarting the computer, my LCPDFR shortcut had been "moved or changed" and the game itself wouldnt load and prompted to reinstall the game. I did, and it was fine. Go to install 1070 patch, and prompted with a failed to install title update error.
