I used https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/misc/35599-leo-department-logos/ for my logo on the car and i had not idea it is "owned" by MidwestRP and it's a LSPDFR skin for FREE on 3 car's I'm not making money off of. The LSPDFR link i put has been up for over 1 year so how would i know it's there's if i never played on there server / even heard of them till today. I made the skin as a simple learning how to do LSPD skins. So thanks for the impute -

So i did not use a pack i used different LSPDFR cars the Explorer is now linked in there now im sorry i cant help more i skinned those cars 2 months ago except the explorer. if you would like to make a ticket in my discord i would be there to help you more!
