So I am a big fan of the EUPFR mod and DLS. For years that was a DLS config mod for all the lore vehicles in EUPFR called "DLS Config Files for 11John11 LSPD, LSSD and Fugitive Pack"
It was on GTA mods for years but vanished. Does anyone still have this file? It is absoutely necessary if you like using EUPFR because it covered all the vehicles in it with light setups.

Apparently the neversober 1.1  DLS megapack works instead and covers everything in EUPFR UE. I got it and recommend everyone go with that.

Make sure you have everything up to date:

ScriptHook V
ScriptHook V Dot Net (I use by Nightly)
And of course RAGE with LSPDFR release

For some reason, the 2016 version wasn't even working a few days ago when I last tried, decided to try again today with a fresh ELS download and it worked.

I found a fix! I was having this same issue so instead of downloading the up to date AdvancedHookV I downloaded the outdated 2016 version that comes with ELS 1.05 and my ELS works now! Try this out should fix it for you.

I decided to do a fresh install of LSPDFR after the recent GTAV update, however, when I installed ELS along with the new AdvancedHookV.dll file, I keep getting an error message (attached) when I launch RAGEPluginHook. If I close the error message, the game and LSPDFR will still load but without ELS. I've reinstalled everything including ScriptHookV (also up to date) and I'm having no luck. Any help is appreciated. ELS.logAdvancedHookV.log
 
This is also the first time I've ever posted on this site so if this is the wrong place to post, please let me know: I'm still learning.
